JUMPING BENCHES (4 UNITS)
FUNCTION: Trains the strength and the power of the muscles of the lower and central part of the body when jumping to different heights.
USE: Starting from a two-legged position, take impulse and jump with both legs together on one of the benches. Absorb the landing by flexing your ankles, knees and hips. Do the same when jumping down the bench.
PRECAUTION: Consult your doctor before realizing this exercise. Avoid excessive effort when using this equipment.
