PUSH-UP BARS
FUNCTION: Prinipally, strengthens arm and chest muscles.
USE: With your arms extended, place your hand over the bar on the height of your chest. Lift your torso while maintaining the balance with hands and tiptoes on the ground. Maintain your body forming a line as straight as possible from head to foot. Flex your elbows until your chest touches the bar or until your elbows reach 90° flexion and then extend your elbows again going back to the initial position.
PRECAUTION: Consult your doctor before realizing this exercise. Avoid excessive eff ort when using this equipment.
