PEDALS
Pedal exerciser for surface mounting in front of a seat or bench, designed for keeping fi t. Made of steel structure with pedals covered by nonslip rubber. Mechanism with ball bearings for a fl owing movement. Pedalling against the resistance of a uniform brake.
FUNCTION: Strengthens the leg muscles and improves the agility of the joints of the lower part of the body.
USE: Sit down on the seat or bench located behind the pedal exerciser and put your feet on the pedals. Realise the pedal movement homogeneously. Hold on the seat while exercising and don’t stand up before the pedals are stopped.
