TOWER BLACKBEARD

Multi-activity pirate tower for a wide variety of physical, sensory, cognitive and social/emotional play activities where there’s no limit for children’s creativity and imagination.

The inner area between the tower posts is accessible and forms a place of refuge for the pirate kids. There we can find activity panels with games about animals and colours, ship racing and labyrinths and a tube phone to communicate with the tower’s deck. On deck, the pirate tower has a moveable steering wheel, gears, spiral, rattle, bell, telescope and cannons. Access to the tower’s deck can be done with different levels of difficulty. There is an access with a spiral staircase with stepped platforms to also allow children with reduced mobility to ascend to the upper part of the play equipment and also adults who accompany younger children. For more challenge, there is also an inclined climbing net and a climbing wall. The descent can be done through the same access ways or much faster through the sliding “emergency exists”: double firemen’s poles and a 1,50m slide. Setting elements such as a mast with sails and flag, bull’s eye, skull and crossbones, monkey and parrots complete the play equipment.
