Playhouse (ECO)

Accessible and inclusive playhouse.
Hexagonal playhouse that looks like a pergola with a hipped roof. Structure made of 95x95mm posts, manufactured from Swedish laminated pine, treated in an autoclave to level IV and then painted with wood stain. The walls of the playhouse are made up of various play panels, each of which can be used from both outside and inside the playhouse:
– 3-in-a-row
– Mazes
– Abacus
– Spinning spiral and gear discs
– Xylophone
As well as providing a meeting place for children, the games stimulate the different senses and improve cognition, communication and socialisation.

All activities are at a height accessible to people with reduced mobility. The playhouse has a wide entrance porch and enough space inside for wheelchair users to enter and turn around. However, it is not a play set exclusively for wheelchair users, but promises lots of fun for everyone who wants to play.
